The Car - Seat Ibiza Sport 1400cc
This is more powerful than the normal driving school vehicle, so it has a bit more acceleration and is less likely to stall when moving off. It also has more braking power and is more responsive.
Dual Controls: For obvious safety reasons
Twin Air Bags: For passenger and drivers protection
ABS Braking System: this helps prevent skidding in an emergency.
Air conditioning: Makes a more comfortable drive in hot weather and also clears condensation rapidly in the winter months.
Adjustable Steering column: This allows the driver to raise or lower the steering position to suit their physic. Also to alter the position to match their reach thus a more comfortable and less tiring drive.
Adjustable seat height: For the same reasons as the adjustable steering.
Two Doors only: This means that the doors are larger (wider) thus easier access than they would be with a four door saloon.

Thought-provoking figures
When a vehicle hits a pedestrian:
At 20mph there is a 1 in 40 chance of them being killed
At 30mph there is a chance of 1 in 5 of them being killed
At 35mph there is a 50/50 chance of them being killed
At 40mph there is 9 in 10 chance of them being killed
These facts apply to saloon cars only, as when hit a pedestrian will roll up onto the bonnet of the car.
BUT with 4x4 off road vehicles, which are square, fronted and quite often have bull bars, it can’t happen. Consequently they are much more dangerous.
